I used this book for required emergency training in healthcare. The content is very thorough; however, the text didn't give answers to the quizzes throughout the book. I tried to get instructor-status from the publisher's site so I could provide answers to my students, but I only got one response that they would evaluate it. It would have been much better to get the answers within the book. Why make it a secret?
