My son loves these. He is a very hyper kid and those definitely calm him down. A lot of these games or I would say tasks are good for you as an adult as well. I do it with him and it helps to relax a lot. We do them before going to bed once in a while so he doesn't get tired of them. Beautiful pictures and very well organized!

I was hoping to get some mindfulness prompts that my students could use in class to calm down and center themselves. Out of this whole deck, only about 10 are activities that my third graders could do on their own. Another dozen or so are just different variations of taking a breath. Which while important to learn mindful breaths, you can’t learn from a card and would have to be a guided class activity. And there are 15 cards I am throwing in the trash because they don’t match the message I’m trying to I’ve my kids. The point isn’t to “not worry”, but to acknowledge that worry, sit with it, and then make a choice now that we know how we feel. I attached pictures of the forgot worry card and a card that is basically “I Spy”

Wow! Such a great tool for teaching mindfulness to kids! Three days a week I watch a friend’s child in addition to my own. So, our crew often includes her three year old and my five year old, two year old, and my seven month old. Every morning we start with a meditation and the older kids LOVE these. After a card or two, we also do intentions and affirmations. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in their overall moods, how they communicate with each other, and how they respond to me. I highly recommend these cards as a tool to teach kids how to ground and center themselves!The set has different categories so you can choose based on your need (calm, focus, ect). Highly recommend!

I use this in my classroom and my 5th grade students love it. Nice, quick mindful moments to use throughout the day.

I can’t praise these cards enough. They are beautifully made and cover a large range of daily issues in a wonderful way. Today my four year old and I used the cards to: imagine a special place, sit with pain and focuse by tapping fingers together. I can’t wait to go over the whole deck and pick something for tomorrow. My daughter also enjoyed looking through at the pictures on her own.

I'll give these cards five stars when I use them more. Right now we just started to use them, and we are trying to implement these into our daily routine. It's hard to keep my kids focused, especially on calming down. These do keep things interesting if you are also interested and engaged. I bought a clear shoe organizer to store them in so we can easily see/access them during the day. There 2-3 cards in each slot, I'll probably reorganize it better later.

These cards have been absolutely wonderful! My daughter likes to do at least one card every evening before she goes to bed and it has helped so much! Before she was letting her emotions spin out of control and now she has been doing much better. Immediate difference! They are well written with friendly pictures. I enjoy using them myself. I've found meditation and mindfulness exercises to be so important to our well being. I highly recommend this product!

Our whole family loves these cards. We use them throughout the day for a little boost, or to sooth anxiety that is getting away from us. They are a great reset for anger, too, so conflict can be managed with an even-temper. The guided meditations are short enough for a child's attention span and very effective. The best thing about them is that they are fun and beautiful, which makes them a complete delight to use.
